Hello. This is the blog for Dialogue, a 3rd year degree show for students studying on the Advertising & Brand Communication course at UCA Farnham. Our aim is to create more than the show itself, but to showcase the variety of thinking and approaches taken by the students themselves. One aspect shared throughout is the ability to create ideas for any media that are more than just a message. Based upon this thought, the aim of this space is to document and develop the story behind our show and create a dialogue with those who take an interest. With this, we hope that the experience of all those who take a second to participate (even if you just read this blog) will be enriched. Please use Firefly for your comments.

“We were thrilled to hear that our work will be featured in the 2009 D&AD Student Annual. A free mobile network called Blyk set the brief we chose and it concerned an integrated campaign that would promote its services to potential marketing and advertising clients. Our three final executions (in print) were based on the concept of loosing out by saying the right thing in the wrong place, showing -that way- the importance of targeting, which is the great advantage of Blyk. We chose a humorous, slightly sarcastic approach to attract the viewer and hold the attention long enough to read about the company. It was a great pleasure working in this collaboration and we are all very proud that our work will appear amongst that of some of the most talented creative students worldwide.”
