Hello. This is the blog for Dialogue, a 3rd year degree show for students studying on the Advertising & Brand Communication course at UCA Farnham. Our aim is to create more than the show itself, but to showcase the variety of thinking and approaches taken by the students themselves. One aspect shared throughout is the ability to create ideas for any media that are more than just a message. Based upon this thought, the aim of this space is to document and develop the story behind our show and create a dialogue with those who take an interest. Surprise Surprise, the offering of £1 in exchange for a doughnut got a lot of slightly inebriated students excited. We managed to sell nearly half of the doughnuts in the first hour and then steadily sold the rest until the end of the night. With the last doughnut being auctioned off for an undisclosed amount! Success, we filled the bellies of Farnham’s finest creative people and we made a little bit on the side to go towards the show as well.
